Pros: Low price, great for beginners, timer, auto flash.... Cons: No date added to pictures, no zoom
I bought this camera over a year ago while I was on vacation. I was looking at disposable cameras and any decent one is close to $15 plus that is for only 24 exposures. So I came across the Kodak Cameo Motor EX and looked at all the features,...
Pros: Compact, easy to use Cons: Touchy picture-taking button (be careful)!
This camera is a wonderful point and shoot camera and offers many features for it's very reasonable price of $49.99. Red-eye reduction, auto-flash, fill-flash, timer, auto-rewind, and self-rewind.
Pros: compact size, point & shoot, reduces red-eye Cons: no zoom
I have owned a Kodak Cameo camera for the last 5 years. (If I'm not mistaken, this is my second, because I lost one in a move, can't remember for sure. Mommy brain is setting in. LOL) Anyway, they really don't do anything "fancy" but they...
Pros: light weight and easy to use Cons: goes through a lot of batteries
I have had my Kodak Cameo EX for about 4 years and I love it. It is just the right size to fit in a front pocket or purse. I keep mine in my purse all the time. The camera is very light weight and easy to use. My four year old son has been taking...
It was the first day of our cruise, I go to snap a picture of my husband and my good 35mm quit working. What to do? We had an underwater one time use camera with us, so we used it. Then after taking those 27 pictures we made our way to the gift shop...
Pros: Easy to use. Cons: Doesn't take good close-ups.
I bought the Kodak Cameo Motor EX after having my first child 2 months ago. We were borrowing an old camera from my parents and it just wasn't giving us the kind of pictures I wanted to put in my child's baby book.
Pros: compact, protective, good pics Cons: no zoom, blurry close-ups
I've had my Kodak Cameo for over a year now. For me, that's a long time - my cameras tend to have a high fatality rate. This one's been dropped, swung around, thrown around, and used by a variety of people, and still works as well as the day I bought...
I bought one for my sister. The camera has been a steady little trooper. Both rugged and easy to use. The pictures are high to medium quality, better than those disposable cameras. The flash is adequate, but it will washout pictures less than five...
Pros: takes good pictures Cons: may get a little red eye
This camera is great. I have had it for 3 years and have absolutely no trouble with it. It has gone to Florida, The Bahamas and France and come back with wonderful pictures. I have only one complaint about the point and shoot camera, you can not undo...
I bought this camera for family use about 4 years ago and never have had a problem. I have a bachelor's degree in photography. I have my own SLR, manual focus though. I wanted something I could take out on trips and use at the kids birthday parties,...
Pros: Compact, Flash flips up, lightweight, easy to use Cons: Small viewfinder, does not seem very durable, not much better than a disposable camera
I bought this camera with high expectations. While it was a pretty good camera (a little better than a disposable camera) and offers features such as an auto-timer as well as a fill-in flash option, it does not seem to be very durable. The...
Pros: easy to use, timer, pop up flash, great pictures Cons: no zoom
I bought this camera when I was in high school. It was easy to use and cheap. It takes great pictures. My uncle couldn't believe that my pictures taken with the Cameo Motor EX were as good if not better than the ones taken with his APS.
Cameo with triplet lens a real performer! by stevegillette ,Mar 29 '05
Pros: Image quality, ease-of-use, handy shape Cons: Viewfinder is a little, ah, sub-par...
I have had my Cameo for perhaps seven or eight years. It has found a special place in my camera bag--or should I say camera bags...I own at least 20 cameras. Easy to use, quality pictures, and fits nicely into a shirt pocket.
One caveat: Kodak started distributing a version of this camera with a plastic-element lens. Mine has the all-glass f:4.5 Ektanar, as opposed to the f:5.6 plastic version. I have my doubts whether the later plastic lens produces the crystal-clear shots that mine does, so buyer beware!
Pros: easy to use & load, takes great pictures, uses aaa batteries not the expensive camera batteries Cons: if you don't have brand new batteries,a second or two wait in between pictures
this is a really great camera. my first camera (same model) was in a car accident, i had to tape the back on, but it still worked great. i had also dropped it numerous times, but it still took excellent quality pictures. i finally bought a new one. i had to have this exact model again. a really great camera.
