The Receiver with Horsepower

Pros: Ease of use, lots of options, clarity
Cons: Reminder of phone line message
This has got to be one of the best receiver out right now. From the total digital quality right down to the radio remote. If there is something else you are looking for that the DSR100U doesn't offer, then you don't really need it.

Wide choice is great

Pros: quality of picture, on-line program guide, automatic channel tuning
Cons: not able to get local channels
We chose to convert to satellite TV from cable because we could get better reception and more channels than with the local cable company. We have been well pleased with the quality. My husband installed our dish with no help.
