Pros: Frequent bill adjustments for bad service. Local techs friendly and try to help.
Cons: Too expensive, phone reps are placating and ineffective, frequent outages, DVR is crazymaking.

Pros: TV & high speed Internet good.
Cons: Support is very IFFY!

I've had their cable TV (+4 premium movie channels) & HIGH SPEED internet, for some time.
The TV rarely has problems. Billing problems are VERY difficult to resolve (watch bills closely!)

I added the high speed internet on a "package deal".
I really like it's super fast 3000kbps speed!- One of the best investments I've ever made!!!
Like ALL internet providers I've had (6+), they ALL have problems from time to time (other's "dial-up" was much worse!).
I rarely have to wait log for their polite tech support (more than a few minutes).
The problem is having to call "several times", with the same problem- until I "finally" find a "knowledgeable" tech to fix the problem (ask for a "tier 2-4" tech! Be firm!).

Pros: bundle package phone/tv/internet
Cons: poor cable service

As to be expected the phone service is fine, and the internet is mostly good. The security manager (virus and spyware) has been great. The speed comes and goes and times is not moving at all. We have had nothing but problems with the cable service. Both DVR's have been replaced, numerous service calls via phone (then DVR recordings were erased). The signal disappears up to 10 seconds at times and then the sound doesn't work. I had DISH Network before the switch and was happy. We switched thinking we would save money and be happier. I don't think we saved much if any and we are not happier.

Pros: Fast and reliable
Cons: Faster would be better.

Hello. Have had Bresnan HSI for about 2yrs. Fast and reliable connection. 3000down, 256up, $55.00 mo without cable tv. $45.00 with tv. I use Dish Network. Makes the internet more tolerable.
