Pros: Good Repair Service Cons: Bad Phone Connection
I signed up for Comcast once I bought my house because I thought it was great that I would only recieve one bill for cable, phone and internet. Now, I am thinking of moving, and I DO NOT plan on signing up with comcast once I am in my new house. The ...

Pros: Extra channels at low price Cons: Poor sound and picture most of the times, service disruptions
I have digital cable with local TV. The regular channels, (1-99) are analog and digital channels (100-999). The analog channels are mostly poor with numerous streaks and "pops". Digital cable is alright except with minor "checker boarding". With digital...

Pros: Cable offers easy connections to multiple tv's Cons: Too expensive, not enough choices.
I have had comcast cablevision as my cable provider since I moved to Central New Jersey more than five years ago. The price has consistently risen with another price increase this Jan. There are new channels but nothing my family watches or are even...

Pros: NONE Cons: Cost, Service, Outages
When Comcast Cable took over Jones Intercable here in Albuquerque, I obviously had no choice if I wanted cable TV. They have raised their prices, their digital cable is not what they make it out to be and their customer service has gone downhill fast....

Pros: I would like to know Cons: How do I name them all?
I guess you could say that I have had it up to my ears with Comcast. They would not be my first choice in Cable Television providers. Unfortunately there are two reasons why I have Comcast.
#1 - I inherited Comcast from my last cable company...

Pros: A little Cheaper Cons: Limited Stations
We just recently bought a new house and this is our new cable provider. My complaint with this cable is there is just not enough channels. We get a whole 45 channels.
Before Comcast we had Time Warner and though it was a little expensive I...

Pros: available Cons: expensive
I currently have Comcast cable and I am very dissatisfied with the quality , selection, and price. So get Satellite, you may say. This is the catch for me. In Sacramento where I live satellite is much cheaper than cable. So how does Comcast charge...

Pros: Customer Service is well staffed with understanding employees. They are bound by rules set by the company. Cons: Frequent Rate Hikes
Comcast is making the cost for digital service to be paid by everyone rather than the ones that elect digital. What I object to is the rate hikes that keep appearing on my bill. I am paying $60 for service that was $30 about two years ago....

Pros: Lots of channels Cons: Overpriced - hidden charges
I have been a subscriber to Comcast's basic cable TV service for years, and I have always been fairly happy with it, so when the Digital cable service came to my neighborhood I signed up for it. The price for the basic digital service was high - nearly...

Pros: lots of channels Cons: bad human service, slow
I don't live in a rural area. I don't live in an urban area. Where I live, it's always hard to get any top-notch services without having to wait a couple of years after the third-world countries get tired of them. As far as Comcast, it does the job, I...

Pros: None Cons: Everything! (Just read the review)
Oh where do I begin? Well let me start out by saying I could be free from this horrible cable company called Comcast if in fact my neighbor and I came to an agreement to cut down some trees. Yes, the only way I could be free of this cable nightmare and ...

Pros: get decent reception Cons: Very expensive and service isn't always consistant
We had subscribed to Comcast Cable for 4 years before we got Direct TV. I was getting next to nothing for paying over 40 a month to the company. We had Disney as our only premium channel, and it simply wasn't worth the money we were paying. BUT, we...

Pros: Digital Cable increased viewing of educational programs. Cons: No support from customer service.
$800. pay per view bill which customer service feels that I should be responsible for because they say there is no way the movies could have been ordered outside of my home.
Reasoning of the executive office:
I have a two-way system and...

Pros: Few Non-Premium channels not available by my Cable, has digital cable Cons: poor service, high price
When I first moved to my new house, Comcast was our only choice of cable, so naturally we got it. We had it for three years before another cable company became available in our area.
During those three years, we had several service calls to...

Pros: Triple play is good value, if you get the stuff installed correctly. Cons: Phone call center staff is just plain ignorant. Field techs are hit and miss.
I switched from DSL and POTS and added high speed internet and digital voice to my digital TV subscription. I am Comcast's dream customer...subscribing to the highest end triple play plan. Things started out bad when they ...
