Pros: Entertainment value of cable service itself. Cons: Everything else. Not as may channels, poor service, the list goes on and on and on...
I have to begin by saying that over the last few months I've had nothing but problems with Comcast. In fact, since Comcast took over Jones Intercable in Kansas City, Missouri, we've had several occasions where we've gone without cable for several days...

Pros: They have tvland and mtv2 Cons: Way too many stupid channels
Well, my mom finally broke down in September and decided to get cable tv. Where I live, Comcast is the only option, so that's what I got.
I have heard people whine and complain about Comcast's service, so I didn't know what to expect. They...

Pros: They didn't murder anybody Cons: Flagrant disregard for customers
In spite of hearing terrible things about Comcast in the Detroit area, I held my nose and decided to give them a try. Boy was that silly. I didn't even get the service installed before I found out how little regard Comcast has for its customers.

Pros: Is yet to be seen. Cons: I s yet to be seen
I've recently moved to the South Florida area, My intial experience with Comcast came with the Installer, and to put it mildly it was very poor, I can tell this guy did not want to work, for starters, he asked if he can come two days later to finish the...

Pros: None Cons: Change channels at a whim
Recently Comcast took over our local cable company (Jones Communication), there was no formal announcment sent to customers or anything. Then January 1st came and all our stations changed. I thought oh free weekend of programs, funny thing was the never...

Pros: Customer Service is well staffed with understanding employees. They are bound by rules set by the company. Cons: Frequent Rate Hikes
Comcast is making the cost for digital service to be paid by everyone rather than the ones that elect digital. What I object to is the rate hikes that keep appearing on my bill. I am paying $60 for service that was $30 about two years ago....

Pros: None Cons: Poor Quality, horrible service, poor reliability, etc.
Comcast cable is absolutely one of the worst services I have ever paid for. The customer service does not have a clue (not to say is outright dumb). The picture and sound quality is below standard and last but not least they are very unreliable. They...

Pros: Nothing, nada, nill Cons: Everything
While in college I was a subscriber to Comcast cable for the past 6 years. During those six years I had many, many negative experiences with Comcast.
Over countless weekends I would order various pay-per-views from Comcast. Only a handful of the...

Pros: get decent reception Cons: Very expensive and service isn't always consistant
We had subscribed to Comcast Cable for 4 years before we got Direct TV. I was getting next to nothing for paying over 40 a month to the company. We had Disney as our only premium channel, and it simply wasn't worth the money we were paying. BUT, we...

Pros: good channel variety, music choice Cons: poor customer service, overcharged, greedy
Comcast has a wide variety of channels, that and the advantage of 24 hour, no commercial music on their digital cable makes for a good deal right? WRONG! I signed up for Comcast and they charged me sixty dollars, all for some guy to come out and give me...

Pros: Nice picture Cons: To much money
We have had Comcast Cable for over 25 years and the price has gone through the roof. We have 5 movie channels and regular cable and pay around $75.00 a month. The same movie's play over and over and if a new one come's on the play it so much you could...

Pros: It's basically a good service. Cons: When your cable is mistakenly turned off by the company (the company checking wires or whatever), the time you lose is not deducted from your total monthly bill.
On 10/27/2000, I paid the full amount for my digital and switched to basic. In November, I received a bill that included digital. Why? Can these people add or what? I was supposed to be credited $57.15. Instead I get to pay a bill in November for...

Pros: A basic company that provides all that you need Cons: fairly high prices, and not an exceedingly amount of channels
Comcast, is very basic, but you got to love it. It is a great company that gives you all that you need, all you need is comedy central. Compared to other companies, it is very basic, but it does provided a very nice online program which is still busy...

Pros: reliable Cons: expensive
I have had comcast cable for almost four years. I get very frustrated because the bill says due upon receipt, and then when I pay them I get a late fee. GIVE ME A DATE. I shouldn't be punished for them not putting a date on the bill. It isn't like theirs...

Pros: more stations Cons: working ability
This opinion is about comcast in Indianapolis. We have finally had it turned off as it was forever having problems. Meaning going out at times where we wanted to watch a certain program. I would not recommend Comcast to anyone, if at all possible, try...
