Pros: New box was installed and problem was fixed.
Cons: Can not get an HDMI box for HD tv stuck with composite cable box.

Pros: HBO FREE FOR 3 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE TO TURN ON THE CABLE.
Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT COMCAST WAS UNSATISFACTORY FROM THE START.

Pros: Less expensive the DSL and a free technichian to install the system.
Cons: Charges go up regularly. The billing department doesn't get it right every time.
