Horrible Customer service

Pros: good reception
Cons: Expensive and Horrible customer service.
There is 50 feet of cable above the ground on my front yard, and insight will not burry it. I have made numerous calls to their customer service, every time I call they say that they are sending someone to burry it, but never do.

its has been almost 2 months now. they dont give a damm.

Pros: Nothing that any other cable company in the US cant do.
Cons: Customer service is pathetic.
Faulty equipment.
Terrible orginization in the company.
I had Insight Cable and Internet for about a year. I had to deal with customer service serval times from cable lines going down to the modem completly dying. Their representitives are rude before I can even tell them whats wrong. When I moved I cancelled service and returned the cable modem. I was then sent another months bill and several months later a bill for the modem with them threatening me that their "Credit Protection Association" was going to "take all steps necessary to collect this debt". This is pitiful and a sad company. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking cable.
