Pros: Better than nothing Cons: Where do i begin? (everything is a con)
You would think that in Southern California, one of the biggest television markets in the United States, I would be able to watch E! Entertainment Television, and Comedy Central. Nope! I dont get to thanks to those wonderful people at Time Warner. Now...

Pros: nothing special Cons: too numerous
This is a good opportunity to complain about Time Warner Cable in Brooklyn Heights. It goes out at least once a month -- and, of course, during prime time.
When you call, after you've traversed several layers of voice mail trying to sell you...

Pros: Lots of channels, free local service, gives credit Cons: can't make everybody happy all of the time
Ok, as of this writing, I work for this company. Overall, we have some problems, I'll be the first to admit. However, the division that I work for (SE WI) is trying it's best. At least, I am. Just a couple things I'd like to get off my chest: you...

Pros: Many channels, great customer service Cons: None
Time Warner Cable took over our cable service about a year ago. We are television junkies at my house, with five tv sets, one of which is a monster 60 inch. We like our tv and are very picky about a clear picture and good sound quality. With our previous...

Pros: well since they're a monopoly here...I dont have much choice but use them Cons: lousy service, rude technicians and representatives
Cable, in and of itself, isn't bad. Heck some of it is great! I mean there's something for everyone and America really loves it's cable.
In my area though, unless you are a satellite subscriber, there is little choice in your cable carrier. You can...

Pros: Good selection Cons: Over-priced, horrible service
I have had TimeWarner Cable and Internet service for 6 months now, and the cable has never worked properly. We had more service techs out here than I could count on one hand in the first 3 months and even when they finally said it was a problem ...

Pros: Time Warner's "3 in 1" package is a good deal if it is working properly. Cons: Don't expect any help from Time Warner if it doesn't.
The Time Warner 3 in 1 package; Cable TV, Road Runner and Internet Telephone service could be a worthwhile choice - provided that you have the time and patience to deal with incompetent and uncaring customer service personnel. The quality of TW's ...

Pros: Excellent variety in programming and state-of-the-art equipment. HDTV available for a low fee (9 channels) Cons: None
When I first moved to Texas, I had Phonoscope cable. The offerings of channels were very few and I felt the service was over-priced for what I was getting. Then, I moved to an area that is serviced by Time Warner Cable. I could not be happier. I have...

Pros: There are pros?!?!?!!? Cons: I can't list them all in 15 words. Customer Service is the number one con
I don’t know how it is for most people, but for me Roadrunner has been nothing but a nightmare. Maybe I’m the exception, I don’t know. My husband started calling in March (It’s now the end of June) to get a “can we serve” done on our property. We had...

Pros: We can only get 2 channels without it and we can't have a dish. Cons: It is expense, bad service and unresponsive.
We are in Palm Springs, CA and the ONLY cable company we have is Time Warner. They are expensive and unresponsive. Our service costs about $70 a month and we only have 2 boxes and 1 Premium Channel-Disney. That's right no HBO or Cinemax.
