Pros: Better Quality Cons: Not enough specials for the premium channels
Having been a customer of Time Warner Cable for the last year I can say that the difference between them and what use to be our local cable company is quality. The prices are the same., with hidden charges and small increases that are offset with...

Pros: I can watch my tv without static Cons: price, customer satisfaction, greed
This is one company that truly gets away with robbery. All they seem to care about is if you pay your bill on time or not. Too bad if you have a problem, want to make a suggestion, or need assistance regarding a remote control (which are junk!) that...

Pros: none that I can think of Cons: overpriced!!!
We had Time Warner cable for years. Note, I said HAD. Have you ever heard the phrase, "it drove me to drink"? Well Time Warner didn't do that but it sure drove me to Direct TV. We were paying $44 per month for extended basic. That was all...

Pros: get local channels Cons: not enough pay channels
We had Primestar where we used to live and was thinking about reconnecting when we moved but when Dircet Tv took over and we noticed that the rates were going up we decided to go with cable. Plus we get local channels but I miss all the channels we had...

Pros: having cable Cons: too expensive, incorrect billing
We didn't have cable when I grew up,so when me and my husband got a place of our own out of the country where cable is available,I checked into getting it.
We got a "deal" with free installation so all I had to initially pay was our first...

Pros: fast Cons: everything else
Time Warner Roadrunner offers the poorest service of any product I have ever even heard of. It goes down at least once every 3 days and usually more. The technicians on the telephone every single time act as if my computer had pneumonia instead of...

Pros: when channel surfing, you've got more channels to flip through Cons: most of those channels don't have anything on worth watching
Well if you want to watch congressional news, Time Warner Cable is the cable service for you...i've got 82 channels of nothing to watch, except the news, Oh, and lets not forget cable's very own infomercial channel that shows nothing but a giant...

Pros: You don't have a choice in NYC. Cons: You could read a book in instead.
Time Warner is basically the only choice most people in Manhattan have. They appear to be trying to update the services they provide, but they are still deficient.
It doesn't make sense that a cable provider with a virtual monopoly should also...

Pros: love the remote Cons: commercially costly
I have had Time Warner Cable for around 20 years now and never have I been so disappointed as I am now.I supposedly get 90 channels; no premium channels and there is still nothing to watch! Most of the so called channels are commercial programing or...

Pros: I can watch The Travel Channel with basic cable. Cons: Poor customer service and poor customer response.
I thought it was funny when I closed my Time Warner Cable account and they sent me a bill for .03. So without wasting a stamp, I went and paid my bill in cash (I traded them my pennies for a receipt). I went back to TWC service over a year later (only...

Pros: All the channels you want Cons: At a price you can't afford
Like all cable monopolies, Time Warner treats its customers badly. After waiting on hold for fifteen minutes just to place an order, I was presented with three bad options: the $8/month rate which only included local stations, the $32/month rate which...

Pros: Over 50 Channels to choose from. Cons: Over 50 Channels of PURE BOREDOM
I live in Brooklyn and had Cablevision which wasn't too expensive but the programs were so repetitive, old and/or not "our taste". You would think that with so many channels to choose from, I would have a wide choice and nights full of good...

Pros: Excellent Services Cons: Occasional Staff Problems
I have found Time Warner Cable Company to be very good. I love the way they have integrated with computers(Road Runner). They're services are very prompt and they are on time. The prices are a little high. Though I have to say all cable companies...

Pros: Great service in NJ, digital quality sound Cons: Well, the price would be nice if they lowered it.
Time Warner Cable is the best cable company I've ever experience. I've been a customer with them for almost a year. At first, they only provided basic channels and less premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, MoreMax, etc). Until March 2001, they get a...
