Pros: Great service in NJ, digital quality sound Cons: Well, the price would be nice if they lowered it.
Time Warner Cable is the best cable company I've ever experience. I've been a customer with them for almost a year. At first, they only provided basic channels and less premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, MoreMax, etc). Until March 2001, they get a...

Pros: Digital service is highly superior to standard service. Cons: All of available options have not been activated-volume levels not adjusted.
The volume level of pay-per-view stations is considerably higher than the volume of all the other stations offered on cable service. This is distracting and irritating. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't do my television speakers any good to be...

Pros: Good service Cons: Expensive
I have been a Time Warner customer for several years. I like the service they provide. They seem to be timely in their service calls. Very accommodating when I have a question or problem. Quality of service seems to be good. Would recommend them as...

Pros: NOT A ONE Cons: Everything about them
Just my luck, I left the big city of NY to move down here to Murrells Inlet, SC. When I got here I found the only provider was Jones Cable, so I went with them. Service was OK, prices were fair.....then it happened , they went and sold out to...

Pros: It's cable TV...I expect there to be lots of channels to watch, movies, ETC. Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD PEOPLE SKILLS. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR DRIVERS.
Take this for what it's worth. I am writing this after waiting for TWC to come to my apartment for 5 hours. So, that being said. The On Demand service never works. The signal strength is shoddy. I have Digital Cable/DVR through TWC and I use ...

Pros: Nothing
Even having cable is not worth it! Cons: Everything!
Bad service, quality, prices, packages, employees.
I must say that my experience with Time Warner Cable has been a pain in my neck from the beginning! First of all, setting everything up is a nightmare. I had to call the company and put up with a woman who could not tell me the options that TWC offered. ...

Pros: Many channels and fast internet connection (when it works) Cons: Repair Services (or the lack of it). No crediting your account automatically.
It is amazing that TWcable created 50 ways to pay your bill (so to speak)(payExpress, pay by check, pay online etc etc), but the only two ways you can complain about faltering services is by online submission (no direct human contact, you are bound to ...

Pros: nice enough customer service Cons: unreliable
It's hard to write this review because for the first 2 years we've had time warner, we have had excellent service and very few problems. However, since we got the HD channels, it seems that every week we find ourselves rebooting the cable box again. ...

Pros: Internet Speed. Phone quality- Battery Backup! TONS of channels great quality. Super price. Cons: None.
So I had WideOpenWest (WOW) for 15 years, and i wasnt wowed. At all. Especially when in early 06 I bought a new widescreen HD Sony TV. Half my WOW channels looked way worse than an antenna. Lines through 6 and 4, and all the HD channels looked terrible, ...

Pros: Clear pictures, lots of channels, decent prices (depending on your package choice) Cons: Customer service (which really clouds any Pros)
While I've been happy with my cable service (clear picture, lots of channels), TWC's customer service is the absolute worst. You're lucky if you ever get through to anyone - you can call at 1:00 in the morning and you are lucky if you get through in an ...

Pros: Standard cable is adequate, yet still stale, High speed internet is adequate. Cons: HD programming selection miniscule, menu resolution horrible, hardware quality poor!
I have lived in 5 states and had 6 cable/satellite tv providers over the last three years. My wife and I recently moved to Milwaukee and were completely dissatisfied with the quality, price and customer service provided by Time Warner. The HD ...
