Pros: none Cons: service, cost, everything
Time Warner cable is not only a rip off, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen! This is what happened to me. We ordered two cable boxes from them. We were told we would receive two cinemax, three HBO for $10.95/ month and the first month...

Pros: none Cons: bad service, lost channels, bad reception, increased bills.
Well I have to say I am basically unimpressed with the Time Warner takeover here in Ohio. We had MediaOne prior to this, then Time Warner bought out our area. Since they bought it out, we've lost a couple of local channels which were replaced by...

Pros: More channels than you can possibly watch in a 24 hour period, certain services are relatively cheap. Cons: customer service needs to speed up their response time, some services are too high to be worth the money.
I have been a Time Warner Cable customer since cable became available in my area. I have to say that, over the past few years, they have upgraded their services and the channels they offer several times. Each upgrade resulted in my getting more cable...

Every since Time Warner Cable has taken over my cable services I have had no problems with my cable. They do a great job to ensure that everyone has trouble free service.

Pros: Customer service is great, so far Cons: Too much money for what they give you
I'm not to happy with Time Warner. We live on a military base and this is our only chose of cable companies. It's way to expensive for the price. As far as the service I haven't had any problems with that. The one time I called customer service was...

Pros: Not too expensive Cons: Not enough channels
Why are cable companies not considered a monopoly? They are the only choice I have to getting cable service. Anyway, enough of that, let's get to the review. It seems that TWC in Austin is abandoning their Analog subscribers and pouring all their...

Pros: Better than an antenna Cons: Poor service
I am now free from this company that talks about customer service but fails to deliver in a big way. I have cancelled my cable service. Time Warner delivers anything but good customer service.
Over the 2 years that I had their service, I was...

Pros: many channels Cons: expensive, poor picture quality, poor service
I was a subscriber of Time Warner Cable in Orlando for many years. I put up with the price increases. Inflation affects everything. When I began, I used to pay about thirteen dollars a month. Now I pay about forty-six dollars for the same...

Pros: Only Selection in Tampa Cons: Bad Customer service, expensive
Time Warner made me mad a while ago. I was ordering some premium channels and the lady said that she would turn them on right away. So when I went to my TV, they didn't work. So I waited a day to see if she was just taking her time. When it didn't...

Pros: More Channels, Pay Per View, Movies on Demand Cons: SLOW
I signed up for the Digital Cable service offered by Time Warner about a year ago. The cost was only $3 more per month than conventional cable and the upgrade package offered something like 100 more channels: 7 HBO, 5 Cinemax, 3 Discovery, 50 music...

Pros: none Cons: very bad customer service, frequent outages, do not send bills on time, frequently credit your payment to the wrong account , very expensive for the channels provided
For 5 years I subscribed to Time Warner Cable. For the first few years, it was fine until they upgraded to the fiber optic system and smart boxes. Once that occurred, the level of service hit rock bottom as they tried to drain every last penny out of...

Pros: Good selection of channels, if you buy those packages. Cons: Sometimes unreliable service and reception.
O.K, so Time Warner is our only cable provider so their only competition is, well, the satellite dish! No problem, we have the basic package and that fits our lifestyles just fine. The rates seem to be fair, in comparison to cable I have paid for while...
