    Pros: Dependable, high-quality video/audio. Nice (albeit primarily text) on-screen "Guide."
    Cons: (Vis-à-vis U-verse): Costlier. Can’t simultaneously watch/record/store as many shows. No "picture-in-picture." Less extensive on-screen "Guide."

    Pros: Service is decent when it happens to work

    Outages are usually only a few hours
    Cons: Numerous outages

    Support is hard to reach, clueless, and never seems to care.
