GoldSuport - great features great price

Pros: Cost Effective, easy to use, server based, attaches to Goldmine
Cons: Can't add database fields if you need them
If you are a small company ($15M) and are looking to track customer/field service issues, then GoldSupport is the best software I've found that can do the job and not cost you an arm and a leg.
