Pros: The tour is fun and free! Don't be cheap, donate to Jim Koch's charity!! Cons: Eventually they throw you out of the tasting room.
The Sam Adams Brewery tour was a real blast. The tour is free, but they do ask for a $2 donation that they give to local charities. We all love something for free, but you have to be a real cheapo not to cough up two bucks for charity. The free beer ...
Pros: Free beer! Cons: The tour itself, no bottling, can't BUY fresh beer
For my 200th review on Epinions, I have decided to write about a place that combines two of the two greatest concepts in world: FREE and BEER. I live for getting free stuff. Those people who say, "There's no such thing as a free ...
Pros: Good Tour Cons: Brewery is Difficult to Find
The Boston Beer Company is a large brewery headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. This company was one of the original microbreweries and it has played a significant role in the craft- beer revival of the last 20 years. It's annual production is approx....
Pros: Tons of free beer. Cons: Don't bother if you aren't 21.
This brewery offered an excellent tour. They have fun videos that show the owner, Koch, and the tour guides are very humourous. You get to try see hops. You learn the history of the Boston Beer Company, but a great deal about how to make beer....
Hi! My name is a very good one, I suppose, but you aren’t going to find out what it is. I live in the great state of New Jersey. Hooray For New Jersey. Anyways I am writing this epinion on Samuel Adams Beer. It describes exactly what the title says...
Pros: Great Boston Brewing History Cons: Not enough beer sampling!
On one of my many trips to Boston, I decided to visit the Samuel Adams Brewery on Germania Street in Boston. I had found a map and tour information conveniently printed on the bottom of a Sammy six pack carton.
Pros: cool label, good warm Cons: little too expensive for the taste
That's what I say after finishing one of these brews. This beer however doesnt taste good cold. I've found that if you set your six pack out of the fridge for about thirty minutes or so, it warms up enough to taste every distinct feature.
Pros: Small groups, great, fresh beer Cons: JP isn't the best neighborhood....
I'm not going to take away from bkprewitt's excellent review of the brew tour, but hope to add a little to it. Even if you really don't care much for the stock ale and Boston ale, taking the tour is something I've done... many times. You might think...
The Sam Adams brewery makes some of the best beers around. Their summer ale is probably the easiest to drink, the most enjoyable and relaxing beer available. The only problem with it is that its only available in the summer time, due to it being a...
Pros: Brewed with real cherries, goes down easily Cons: Not for the true to beer types
O.K., here is another one of the new fruit flavored beers that are all the rage. Samuel Adams' Cherry Wheat is a medium golden ale brewed with real cherries and flavored with real cherry flavor. You can really taste the cherry in this beer. It has a...
Pros: Free Beer, Informative Tour, Friendly Staff Cons: Located in Bad Neighborhood
I've been on the Sam Adams brewery tour six times and I look forward to going back again. To the best of my knowledge, they give tours at 12, 1, and 2 on Saturdays at their Boston brewing facility. For more details about the tour, including times and...
Pros: great selection and atmosphere Cons: crowded
The Boston Beer Company works should not be confused with the Boston Beer Works The Boston Beer Works, which is located just across the street from Fenway Park is a fine brew pub in Boston.
The BBC however makes Sam Adams and it’ s where it...
Sam Adams has been around for a long time and was one of the first microbreweries. Now, they are huge and some people consider them just another macrobrew. True, their beers can be found in any supermarket in the country, but in this case quantity does...
