Highly recommended -- excellent cash rebates

Pros: Excellent cash rebate program and widely accepted
Cons: Cannot expect excellent customer service
I have been a regular Fleet Cash Dividend Titanium VISA card user for more than a year. I have enjoyed the use of this credit card since it provides the best cash rebate program (i.e., up to 2% cashback) among all the VISA cards available on the market....

Fleet Credit are thieves!!!

Pros: can't think of any
Cons: likes to skyrocket your rate once you transfer balances
Never a late payment, always make 4x higher than the min. payment. Customer since early 99. Got at 7.9%, mid 2000 jumped to 9.9 (no big deal). Now I get a letter, effective March, my rate will jump to 14.92%. Of course this is after a phone solicitation...
