Bank of America NEA Mastercard
by iannellig ,Oct 14 '09
Pros: Bank of America was founded on sound principles. Cons: Try to reach someone in customer service. All you get are recordings.
Bank of America is accepting a huge taxpayer handout while they continue to soak their customers with overdraft fees. The national media has reported on Bank of America's unfair practices but when contacted Bank of America responds with a FORTY ONE page book with overdraft explanations hidden on page 21. The National Education Association is a very large and powerful organization. At over 2.5 million strong, it's time for us to fight back against Bank of America. Bank of America has no problem collecting government bail out money when they did not follow the rules and yet if you slip up and use your debit card before your deposit, such as a paycheck, has cleared you are hammered for EVERY debit charge. As one of the nation's largest unions, members of the National Education Association can use their power to fight back against Bank of America's unfair practices.
