Stay Away From Cross Country & Applied Card
by johnleet ,Nov 05 '07
Pros: There are absolutely none
Cons: Too many to list but completely criminal and illegal practices sum them up.
My experience mirrors the experience of millions of Cross Country victims. I was lucky and was able to close my account with them, but my credit was negatively affected and I was ripped off for quite a sum. Many states have sued this outfit but it still preys on innocent people using different business names. They are the worst, the truly criminal side of the credit card industry, and their reputation speaks for itself. A web search will give you all the information you need. Please be careful dealing with any credit card company but run when you see the name Cross Country Bank.
