Pros: They allowed me to send certified letter to investor relations dept with my question.
Cons: Communication. The rep I spoke with did not comprehend anything. Minimum wage worker for sure.
Incompetence, arrogance, ignorance, untrained. That was more than I could handle. I didn't get any answers. So I left quick.
