yes i was first with them a year ago, pam, the csr always sassed me, was rude and inconsiderate, every email question resulted in a sarcastic answer back, i am not a banker, so what is obvious to a bank employee is not so with the customer. so i closed...

Great Bank if you live close to one

Pros: Good Customer Service, Easy-to-read & timely Statements
Cons: Not enough ATM locations, Monthly checking account fees
I have been a Bank Midwest customer for 6 years. However, my relationship with them will soon end as I switch over to online banking.

My biggest complaint is that there are not a sufficient number of bank branches or ATMs in the Kansas City...
