Pros: Local bank manager and employees do care. Cons: Do not use their investment services - Hefty fees involved.
Summary: I bought a structured CD through their investment services only to learn they never purchased it, kept my funds in a MMkt acct. Worst part was how rude they were when I called to find out what happened. Their local investment officer took days to return
