    Pros: Extremely friendly customer service.
    Cons: Fees higher than stated. Failure to meet the terms of their own agreement. Very disorganized.

    Pros: They do have some nice friendly tellers at the local branches.
    Cons: ask the, used to be, top three, greed and idiots will be your downfall.

    local offices usually have nice people
    Cons: nasty cx service
    hidden regulations and time frames for transactions that cost people money.

    Save yourself the trouble--- go to a credit union where people care.
