Pros: You can send and receive payments online fast. Cons: Fees too high & they have too much control over peoples money
I signed up with Paypal back when they offered $10 for signing up referrel bonuses. I never had any problems with them originally, they were just an online payment service. Then they start dropping their referrel bonus, raise their rates, force ...

Pros: Fast and easy was to send and receive money. Cons: They charge you if you receive money and have a premiere account
I am a stay at home Mom to three young boys. I love to buy things at auctions (eBay). The last thing I want to do is to run to the bank and get a money order. So I joined PayPal.com. I have been a happy user of PayPal for a long time. At first I just...

Pros: Quick, easy auction transactions. Cons: Have not encountered any yet.
Paypal and x.com recently merged to become one of the biggest web-based payment network in the world with a customer base over two million. It claims to be the number one payment service for online auctions and the choice of payment methods for online...

Pros: Free service, easy to use, relatively quick, allows you to conduct transactions on eBay. Cons: Security is lousy, customer support is non-existent, buyer's protection is a farce.
Bottom line...the service is great for scammers. Did you know you can purchase something on eBay, pay for it via PayPal, and if you didn't get it or something went wrong...you lost your money! If you pay with a credit card you have a legitimate claim ...

Pros: None. Cons: Lousy customer service; no regulation.
Paypal advertisers depict PP as a warm, safe, welcoming and simple place to make online transactions. What the average consumer doesn't know is that what's contained in PP's bazillion page User Agreement is anything but warm, safe, welcoming and simple. ...

Pros: I get to buy stuff on ebay more easily. Cons: Their Customer Service policies suck so badly it almost makes the company's pros worthless.
PayPal... you were so great in the beginning. That's BEFORE I moved from town and had a lapse in use. Two years later, I try to use PayPal only to find, nay... you can't unless you can recall your old address, phone number... unless you have access ...

Pros: None I can think of. Cons: Deceptive business practices and non-responsive to complaints with other than canned replies.
Purchased an item on eBay (last time) in June. Shortly after exercising the Buy It Now option, eBay advised that the transaction/seller was a fraud. PayPal [PP] records indicate that the payment to the seller was "reversed" the same day. I had paid ...

Pros: Extremely convenient and easy to use. Easy to fund. Easy to track your money. Cons: None!
I started using PayPal when someone paid for an auction I had listed on Ebay by using PayPal. This of course was near the onset of PayPal, when practically nobody had heard of them. Of course, I was somewhat aggitated, but in order to get my money...

Pros: quick and easy payment, no stamps or fees to sender Cons: terrible fraud protection, fees to receiver
I was totally thrilled with this quick and easy payment service (which allows you to send money instantly with your credit card or checking account, very helpful for Ebay) until I was defrauded in December by an Ebay member.
About four weeks...

Pros: Before they seize your funds, the payment system works well. Cons: Terrible customer service, arrogance, will seize your money and ruin your business.
PayPal will steal your money, invest it and reap the profits, while your business is destroyed. If you're happy with PayPal now, just wait - it will happen to you too. I headed this review "PayPal is evil", and I think that's a pretty accurate ...

Pros: Convenient to Pay for Auctions Cons: Cannot reach anyone in management when required.
For nearly a year I found Pay Pal very convenient and used it constantly. Never had any problems that created a need to contact customer service. Noticed an increasing number of complaints about Pay Pal from sellers, but was not a problem to...

Pros: Fast and easy. Cons: Requires credit card, and a LOT of people don't like that.
In the world's fast moving e-business, e-baying, and e-buying community, it would seem ludicrous to not have an e-paying service. And that's exactly what PayPal is: Pay people by e-mail, online, in several seconds. It's revolutionary and it's...
