Pros: FREE, dependable, quick, easy, a variety of options AND they give you $5.00!
Cons: There is some fine print on electronic deposits the bank may refuse to make good on, that could be charged back to you if your customer doesn't make good on them.

Pros: You can use paypal rather than getting a money order or cashier's check.
Cons: Sending money is a tedious process, they want too much personal info. and its slow!
