Pros: Because of their inneptness, I was spurred on to handling my investments. Doing nicely now!!!!
Cons: The 2 brokers were not knowledgable with investing. More like salesmen.

Cons: Poor service, confusing reports, Annual fees, closeout fees, and no substantive personal investing advice.

Pros: Numerous neighborhood office locations. Even "small" investors are treated respectfully. Accounts are processed reliably, professionally.
Cons: Not every advisor gives consistently trustworthy advice. Loads/expenses can subdue net returns. $40-per-year "IRA fee."
