Pros: There are no pros as no one has been helpful, most have been deceptive.
Cons: Every misleading tactic possible used to keep you from getting your money back.

Pros: Offers potential of free ETF trades
Cons: Impossible to navigate website.
Impossible to contact by phone.
hours of paperwork in order to apply.
