They entice you with slightly higher interest rates, but watch out for the trap. If you don't have any activity in your account for 3 months, they will charge you $3.00. If you have bill pay and no activity for 3 months it's $5.00. If you get fed up with the fees and try to close your account with less than $7.50 it costs you $7.50. If you get charged the $7.50 your account probably goes into overdraft and there is a fee for that.

Hello, most of the customers who write in about the customer service, or lack there of, are correct, but mostly from one of the centers we use..eh? The other ones are mostly very knowledgable.The problem lies within the upper tier of this place(must have known people to get there jobs). Half the time, when we ask questions, the people on the phones know more that that of their superior.
I had a n account their myself for a nano second, then realized how flawed some things really are.Well, enough griping I suppose for now, not that I am a team player or anything, but I must go and water my flowers. Ta Ta......
