    Cons: Long turn around time.

    Pros: None.  There is nothing to recommend this company over other companies offering Medicare Part D.
    Cons: Poor communication with elderly clients.  Poor customer service.  A "take your money and run" company.

    Pros: You have the illusion of comprehensive coverage.  GP and prescriptions are usually not contested.
    Cons: Cigna has no scruples.  Don't get sick with them as your insurer.
