I have had Country Financial Ins. for over 30 years on my home and 5 vehicles. My agent has always been great to work with and when he was unavailable the Customer Service Center can be reached 24/7. My claims have always been handled promptly and fairly. But then I have read my policies and I understand what is covered and what is not.

Pros: Competitive prices, quick efficient and professional service.

I've been with Country Mutual for 7 years and during the first 6 years, I did not have to file any claims. The moment of truth came when I needed to file a couple of claims. Both times, Country processed my claims professionally and very fairly and at lightning speeds. Their prices also continue to be extremely competitive. I very much recommend them.

Pros: Nice as long as you are claim free.
Cons: Bad service. Premiums too high. Poor response from agency. Too quick to drop customers.

Once of the worst and most arrogant companies I have ever dealt with. They are too jumpy once you file a claim: too quick to drop customers, bad treatment from claims personnel. Don't we pay the premiums so we have the security of insurance in case of accidents?
Premiums are high as they add on lots of unnecessary coverage.
