Pros: To sign you up they treat you fantastically.
Cons: Company is masters at bait and switch. Very much a scam.

Cons: They don't pay out claims as required by law.
Summary: I was rear ended by a person covered by Electric Insurance. Because I had never heard of them, I chose to have GEICO (my insurance co.) handle all repairs and then get reimbursed by Electric Insurance. They submitted the proper paper work 6

Great Customer Service
Cons: 100% increase in rates with a very poor rationale of why such a significant increase.
Summary: My Home Owners policy increased over 100% in one year. When I called to complain, they stated that rates were increasing for several states. I live in Illinois and we have not encountered significant damage that other states have from storms.
