I had Horace Mann insurance for over 20 years rates keep going UP! My home now costs more to insure than my neighbor's home, which is twice the value of my home.
They were wonderful when I first insured with them. I don't know what went wrong with this company, but I am shopping for replacement insurance now. I am not going to continue to pay these premimiums for this level of service and coverage.

After several years as a devoted customer, I just switched all my car insurance away from Horace Mann Insurance, because of the way I was treated by their claims estimator and Utah state level manager. I had photos and witnesses, but they were not interested in them. The new company is saving us more than $1000 per year on 4 vehicles, with a lower deductible. My advice keep shopping, I wish I had.
