My husband and I have been members of Chartway for over 10 years. We both started accounts there separately when we were younger and then decided to stay members jointly after we married.

Pros: Don't have to pay a monthly fee.
Cons: Everything but the monthly fee in over 7 years of being with them.

I've seen everything: bad service, no answers, "too busy" to fix accounts, the inability to figure out why a computer system doesn't do to your account, refusal to take responsibility in writing for a mistake made. I've seen lines that are long, a way too loud call 24 system that they say they can't turn down (because they have people who can't hear well) to scream at you when you get on the phone. If some things have been my fault, I've gotten dinged for them. I've not complained. However, when Chartway is at fault it refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes in account balances.
