Kicking myself for not using them sooner.

by BlackCat2 , Sep 29 '00
Pros: Everything, great customer service, interest on checking, no fees, need I say more?
Cons: None and I doubt I will ever find any.
I had so many headaches with banks it would not be believed. I hated always changing accounts because I was not satisfied with customer service, fees, minimum balance requirements, etc.

Then along came my saviour from all that....

by angela911 , Apr 30 '00
Pros: Loan rates, deposit rates, web-access, general customer service
Cons: Mortgage lending customer service, ATM availability
Banking with RBFCU is fabulous - if you like the "Sam's Club" or "HMO" approach. Here are some of the benefits of being a member:

+ Low loan rates
+ No-hassle loan approval (consumer loans)
+ High deposit...

The Best Bank!!!

by stacyintx , Jun 11 '00
Pros: Wonderful in Every Way
Cons: Must Be Related to Someone in the Military to Open an Account
Once I had turned 18, I opened my first account at Randolph-Brooks FCU. My parents both had accounts here, as my father was military.

It was simple to open the account and I was pleased with the speed my first set of checks arrived. Matter of...

Cons: Only available in TX
This credit union service so superior and no need to go to a Bank.
I have been a member with Randolph and Brooks for the past 4 years

Definitely the best

by jennika , Feb 13 '01
Pros: Wonderful service, very low fees
Cons: Not enough locations
I have had an account with Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union since January of 1996. Even though I have moved out of the state of Texas, I refuse to close my account with them. They are by far the best financial organization I have ever dealt with....

by msg4589 , Jun 12 '01
Pros: Excellent customer service, anything you could ever ask for in a bank
Cons: Branch locations
When I was 11 years old, I started accumulating money from mowing lawns around the neighborhood. My parents suggested that I open a savings account and they directed me to the small credit union down the road. I walked into Randolph Brooks feeling like...

Great Bank, best loan interest rates around!!!
by rkpena ,Dec 02 '06
Pros: Free checking and saving, low loan interest rates, great customer service, and great rewards program
Cons: Have not found any cons in the past 5 years banking with them
I wish I would of known of them sooner. Once I learned how low their interest rates were, I refinanced all my loans with them (2 cars, motorcycle, home mortgage, and a personal loan). They are always willing to work with you and have a very friendly staff.

A great history
by texdoycode ,Dec 12 '06
Pros: everything
Cons: not enough locations but growing.
I have been with this credit union for over 20 years. I have never had an institution truly care about me as a member and sincerely attempt to help in all ways. I have used many of their products and services and have nothing to complain about.

I will be a member for as long as I'm alive & they'll have me.

Randolph Brooks is tops!
by lanagibson ,Aug 17 '09
Pros: Everything!  Great customer service...great rates....easy transactions....the list goes on!
Cons: Can't think of any!
This credit union has been such a pleasant experience.  I have been banking with them for 7 years now and have never had one complaint.  They are friendly in person and on the phone, they have never made me question any fees (because there arent any), they have given me several loans without any red tape or hoops to jump through and they always have great rates!  You can even deposit your checks by scanning them in online!  WOW!!! Don't waste your time on the big name banks...you are just a number to them and all they want is your money!Randolph Brooks ROCKS!

Watch out on your mortgage
by podappraiser ,Feb 04 '09
Pros: Good consumer products
Cons: Presssure apprasiers to inflate values
Good consumer products. But the pressure appraisers to inflate home values on mortgages. They sell their possibly bad mortgage products to Fannie Mae.  Which isn't that what created the current mortgage crisis?  They is a culture amongst their loan officers that if the apprasier doesn't hit value he/she is gone.  This is not sour grapes people, you have been warned.  You get into a bad loan where your home is worth less than the mortgage amount and that's your fault...
