Pros: Fun, engaging, intricate game Cons: Resource hog
This game is extremely fun and engaging but the fact that it is such a resource hog makes it very difficult to enjoy. It's system requirements are insane when you get to levels where there are lots of units on the map (the China mission with the Great...

Pros: More complicated and takes more skill...Wont find many terrible newbies playing it so you will have good games Cons: A little difficult to start out playing but once You get the hang of it you are set
AOE is the real time game of the Gods. Not only is it better designed than all its competitors but there are various ways to win unlike other games where you just mass produce units.

Pros: Excellent Multiplayer, Superb Unit Animation, Formation Movement Cons: None that stick out
I have played the original Age of Empires and frankly found it lacking. However, a friend of mine convinced me to give AOE2 a shot and I am glad that he did!

Pros: Both single and multi-player games are very fun. Cons: After playing the game for many, many hours I think there is very little wrong. This game is Great!
I bought this game the first month it came out because of what I had heard from others that it was great, and i'm here to say that it is. The single player game lets you choose from different modes of play for random war, and also has a cool sort of RPG...

Pros: Graphics, New Units, and the innovations in control style Cons: Resource consumption, Speed, Lag, Hard Disk usage
I purchased this title on the assumption it would be as beautiful
and functional as its namesake, Microsoft Age of Empires. While
the asthetics of it were more than I expected, I am a little
dissappointed about the performance issues...
