Pros: Vastly improved graphics and character movement. More realistic statistics. Game-play feels more real. Much more realistic ball movement.
Cons: Lame intro and some corner cutting apparent with general presentation. American teams grossly over-rated statistically in the game.

Cons: Not enough stadiums, no Portrugese league no enough teams. No Nigerian or Portrugese national teams.

Cons: Some leagues (Argentina, Mexico) and teams (Portugal, etc) are missing, Commentary is still not 'intelligent', Internet gameplay is lackluster due to speed and low-ping requirements
