Pros: Gorgeous visuals, outstanding soundtrack. In fact, the game itself. Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Chrono Cross, the long-awaited sequel to Chrono Trigger for the Super NES, will captivate role-players with its superior gameplay. Simply put, Squaresoft's phenomenal Playstation follow-up cannot be missed.
Similar to Chrono...

Pros: Excellent graphics, engaging story, challenging Cons: Unbalanced spell system, limited tech attacks, rushed story toward game's end
Boy am I going to get hate mail for this review as it seems everyone thinks the game is the greatest ever. I'll save the bad stuff for last then. For starters Chrono Cross is a welcome change of pace from a Final Fantasy world. Any one who has played...

Pros: graphics, story line, armament, # of endings Cons: somewhat distorted figures in cities, too easy
Chrono Cross. Is this going to be yet another smash title, or is it just a cookie cutter RPG meant for the consumer to waste their money on? Well the answer lies in the game itself. To get the answer, one must look deeply into the game and compare it...

Pros: Great Cinematics, storyline & plot, complex characters Cons: Some objectionable content for younger players, a little confusing battle system
Oi! If you want a game that will blow you away, I highly recommend the RPG Chrono Cross. Aside from the excellent cinematics, this game is a wonderful sequel to the SNES basis for the story, Chrono Trigger (also an excellent game). I had a choice of...

Pros: Great graphics, and story Cons: Healing after all battles makes game too easy
Without having the privelege to play Chrono Trigger, I didn't know what to expect from Chrono Cross. Well, now I want to play Chrono Trigger even more. This is an exceptional game, with some of the highest production values in any non-FF game. This...

Pros: Incredible story line. If you liked Chrono Trigger's story line, play this one! Cons: The changed battle system, EXTREMELY long battles.
I think Chrono Cross is overrated as a good follow-up to Chrono Trigger. Don't get me wrong! I loved the game, but it just didn't seem to meet all of what I'd think it would be.
First of all, the story. Ok, Chrono Cross SHINES in this...

Pros: Great cast, vstory, gameplay, music and a great replay value. Cons: If you think of any tell me.
Everyone's probably heard of or played Chrono Trigger and everyone agrees it's great but what of the sequel? People have waited a good long 5 years for this title but does it live up to it's predecessor or is it just a title scraped together just to make...

Pros: Another Chrono series game! Lots of characters! ultra-addictive! Cons: Only for Playstation... ; ) -- oh, and they don't have any CC promo clocks left
This is *the* game for Chrono Trigger fans! Wow! It holds up to all the great standards of Chrono Trigger- replay value, fun, story, time travel :) Everything that I liked about Chrono Trigger - well, except for the Akira Toriyama original artwork...

Pros: Over 40 characters, nonlinear plot, double teams, New Game +, outstanding music, incredible graphics, complex storyline, amazing movie clips, game has less to do with time. Cons: Only 2 discs long!
As everyone knows, Square's "sequels" never actually continue the story. They only get bigger and better than ever imagined, and will leave even the most hardcore gamers gawking and begging for more. This game doesn't break that...

Pros: Good graphics and story line and good use of a new exp. system Cons: almost to many characters to get used to.
I was looking to pick up this game when it first came out but decided to wait on it till for a bit till the price dropped. I had never played ChronoTrigger but heard good things about it. When I started to actually play it I found myself engrossed with...

Pros: Great grahpichs, sound, replay value Cons: Story a little shaky at points, feels unresolved
Graphics-4.5 Wow. I can't believe this game is on the original PSX. Vibrant colors, painstakingly created environments, excellent character designs (all 40 of them) and, best of all, little to no loading time!
Music-4.25 Some of the most...

Pros: Great Music, Great Control, Great Plot Cons: What's there to be complained about?
I must admit, this game caught me off guard...I was expecting something along the lines of Final Fantasy VII with updated graphics...what I got was an amazing innovation in the world of RPGs.
Plot
I don't want to spoil any of the...

Pros: great game plays, storyline, and graphics Cons: may be too wordy at times
Well after playing final fantasy 7 and 8 and feeling empty I was willing to ignore Chrono Cross but something told me to give it a chance, and its a good thing I did. At first I said to myself what does this game have to do with Chrono Trigger? is this...

Pros: Graphics, Gameplay, No More of Random Battles! Cons: Learning curve (1 day) and tough-to-understand story (2 days)
First of all, I'm not a big RPG fan. I have FF7 and a few games for the SNES, but thats about it. However, from the minute I started playing Chrono Cross, I found this game both fun and deep. I was getting tired of the ATB system introduced in the Final...

Pros: great all around rpg Cons: weak music; not even close to the original
I'll just come out and say it. This game is no Chrono Trigger. I'll also add that it really doesn't matter, because anyway you put it, it's still an awsome game that should have been even better.
I'll never forget Chrono Trigger. And why...
