Pros: A GREAT first person shooter with an excellent storyline Cons: It's easy to kill Boba Fett!
As an avid Star Wars fan and a big first-person shooter fan, I was quick to pick up the game that combined both. Having played several LucasArts games like X-Wing, Tie Fighter, and the Curse of Monkey Island, I was pretty sure that this one was going to...
Pros: Awesome gameplay, dazzling architecture,
great music, famous guest stars, and a new hero: Kyle Katarn Cons: Some missions are very difficult, inability to save games at will, no multiplayer
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
Well, actually a few years ago, in a galaxy right next door to us, to be exact. My cousin was telling me about this game while driving in his car one day, and he was going on and on about how...
Pros: Power storyline, levels and graphics Cons: Difficult later missions
Dark Forces was the beginning of Kyle Katarn's career. This game takes you from Kyle's beginning steps as an agent of the Rebel Alliance and follows him throughout the Empire's nefarious Dark Trooper project, involving Super Robot Stormtroopers. The...
Pros: Very good concept - who doesn't like star wars? Cons: Execution left quite a bit to be desired
Basically, this game is just a straight port of the PC version, which doesn't bode too well for expectant fans. The graphics are noticeable, if only for their crudity and low resolution.
So, it's with light sabres on barely half power that...
Dark Forces is a wonderful adaptation of Star Wars in a 3rd Person shooter game.
This game has been out for a few years so the graphics aren't great compared to today's standard, but it's a fun game for Star Wars fans and 3d shooter lovers....
Pros: Good game play, fun Cons: Not so good graphics, enemies
Dark forces is a pretty good 3rd person shoot 'em up game. You are an agent for the Rebel Alliance doing everything from destroying Imperial prototypes to capturing battle plans. The graphics in the game aren't that good because it came out a while ago...
Pros: very good plot, good control Cons: price, graphics
I purchased this game because I saw it at my cousin's house. I really liked the look of it. I chose this game because it seemed like a really cool star wars game. The graphics are a problem though. When you get close to a stormtrooper, the figure gets...
Pros: It showed you how the first movie got the plans for the Death Star Cons: A lot of things had gone wrong with his game
I personally did not like this game what so ever. The graphics were terrible, the contorls were hard to control and the game it's self was way to hard. The first person view made the game very hard. If you were being shot at my someone you would have...
First of all i thought this game would rule when i bought it because it had star wars charaters and it looked like a doom type game. After playing this game and easily beating it i came to realize that this game sucked. Each level took me close to 4...
Pros: Star Wars License Cons: Game, Controls, Graphics, Sound, Loading time
This game is horrible. Generally, 4 out of every 5 Star Wars games are a disappointment, but this is worse than Episode 1: Racer.
I don't even know where to begin. The Graphics are worse than most Super Nintendo games. I can barely tell what some of the items on the screen are supposed to be. The sound is crackly, and it isn't timed very well. The game is boring, almost identical to Doom or Wolfenstein 3-D. The Loading times take too long. The controls are very difficult. This game is so old that it doesn't even use the dual shock or analog controls. A FPS that is controlled with a D-Pad and requires that L2 button to look up and down. Just Terrible.
