Twisted Metal 4 is my far the greatest Twisted Metal released! There is so much more then part 3. TM4 even has a create a car mode! However its not really good. The levels are much bigger, there are much more cars, and much more weapons.
Pros: Good Graphics and good sound. A step into a darker Twisted Metal. Cons: The build your own car is not that good.
