Pros: Wonderful game personality. Pleasant graphics and great sound effects. Detailed alien statistics. Cons: Difficult control method. Not enough give in Alien occupation options. Early missions feel forced.
Running a space-station, lets face it, is something that most of us have always wanted to do. Imagine your own Star Trek - Deep Space Nine style platform, complete with Ferengi bar's, stores, diners, berthing - a whole space borne community...

Pros: Many options for you to use, funny and very playable. Cons: More missions would make the game better.
The Startopia would be one of the better manager genres I’ve ever played, if not one of the best. Required configuration: COMPUTER: IBM PC or 100% compatible OPERATING SYSTEM: Microsoft Windows 98 CPU: Pentium II 350 MHz RAM: 64 MB ...

Pros: great graphics, great sound, great game play Cons: system requirements
Where do I start with this game, Startopia has to be one of the best games of the year by a long way. It combines the city building of Sim City with real time battles of something like Red Alert and resource management. This game play combined with...

Pros: Mission Variety, Diversity of structures, Each race has unique worth, Game is stable Cons: Terrible AI opponents, Frustrating Camera angles, Micro-management, no Manual
I can't remember the last time I lost sleep over a video game. Never since the original SimCity or Homeworld have I actually spent every waking hour plotting my next move. Not even Age of Empires can stake a claim in that realm. But what is it that...

Pros: Game-play, interface, tutorials, humorous, fun to play Cons: Combat, low frame-rate at times
You are the administrator of a derelict space station, whose goal is to this piece of trash into a hospitable habitat for alien refugees dispersed from their homes because of interstellar war.
The interface is easy to manage. To look up...

Pros: Superb Graphics, Clean Menu System, nice merge of sim/strategy. Excellent Sound Cons: Requires a good pc, but hey, most games lately are that way.
We all know what the important things in a game are, that for me of course will be a nice mix of gameplay, outstanding music, amazingly well done graphics and the nice adition some games have which is forcing you to play it. I missed college today,...

Pros: OK Graphics, Gameplay.
Cons: Controls somewhat complex.
Two weeks ago I was online and came across a game called Startopia. It fit the description of the type of game I was looking for so I downloaded it. I found it to be a delightful game with pretty good graphics and gameplay. I decided to buy it and I...

Pros: Addictive gameplay, Nice Graphics, Good Voice Acting, High Replay Value Cons: Not much choice in buildings and staff, poor control, linear gameplay
I just got this game about a week ago. From what I've noticed so far (I'm on mission 9 right now), It's a pretty good game though not without flaws.
The idea behind StarTopia is to build and expand Space Stations throughout 16 various...

Pros: +Encapulates about 4 other games and improves them. Cons: -Dance music is not my thing.
-Combat kills the engine.
-Intro is boring.
The Cheesy dance track music is the main gripe so I will get this out of the way first. Startopia would have been looked on more favourably if it didn't have a music track as bad as the one is seemed to adopt. The tracks where at best cheesy and at worse...
