Cons: Surrounding neighborhood not the greatest but improving

Much more challenging than stats indicate. Excellent fairways and true rolling greens. Very attractive layout with water in play on 15 holes. No parallel fairways with OB in play on all holes. Five of the holes have extra tee box locations to vary the look and challenge while keeping the yardage essentially the same. Very reasonable guest and membership fees. An older but up-and-coming private club which is one of the best bargains in Pinellas County.
