Bought this one to replace a cheapo Oster which burned out after two months. We do a tremendous amount of vegetable blending, at least 20 or 30 pounds per week. We home feed our dogs and they require a lot of vegetables.
Pros: Easy to clean. Attractive design. Cons: Noisy!! Not very effective at blending smoothies using frozen fruit.
This blender is expensive but not really worth it--we thought that we would get better quality for the extra money. It is very noisy on the ice crusher setting and leaves lumps in smoothies unless you process for a very long time.
