Pros: It wasn't expensive & worked well for 3 years.
Cons: It is not totally unusable, due to the inability to control the button pad.

I was very happy with this microwave while it worked. Then, after about 2.5 years, it became possessed. It would start beeping during the middle of the night. Numbers would appear on the display and I couldn't use the controls until they cleared themselves. Now, after three years, it is totally dead. When I plug it in, 4's appear on the display, but I can't push any buttons. I have read other reviews online and found that this was a common problem with this model. One reviewer even reported that it heated up by itself, so I have left mine unplugged ever since.

Pros: It looks nice and is fairly easy to operate

Our MW1150 is 3 years old now (looks new) and the electronics are failing. For a while we could unplug it and plug it back in and get it to work for a while. Now it is completely failing. It might stay on for 3 seconds and then go berserk. Our previous Panasonic microwaves never failed. We wanted a white microwave to match our other appliances and could not find a Panasonic. No more Samsungs for us!
