Pros: Light weight, long cord Cons: Emptying the dust cup may make you sneeze, stiff hose
I have a really nice part-time job. I take days off when I want to, adjust my hours within a reasonable parameter and can wear blue jeans every day to the office. I work with some really great people.
Pros: see-thru dirt cup, no messy bags to empty Cons: not a lot of extra attachments, if you care :-)
Now there are two things that I have always hated most about vacuuming. And the Hoover Quik-Broom Vacuum S2561 just eliminated them both in one swift move!
My two "dreaded issues" over vacuuming are (1) dragging a big...
Pros: Great for Hardwood floors and area rugs. Cons: UPDATE: The biggest con is that to empty the cup is really messy!
I had been looking for a broom vac for our house. Half of our house is hardwood floors, so I wanted a broom vac to pick up all the hair our wonderful dog leaves behind for us. The main feature I was looking for was something powerful enough to pick up ...
Pros: light weight, see through dirt cup Cons: doesn't always pick up the bigger chunks
This is the first "stick broom" vacuum I've owned- my mother always used those huge wet-dry vacs. While the bigger vacuum she always used worked extremely well (it could almost suck the wallpaper off the walls) it was heavy, had a short cord and...
Pros: lightweight and inexpensive Cons: broke after less than a year, measly power
I have bare floors and needed a vacuum to pick up the regular dirt that two people with pets can make. This seemed like a good choice since it was light(easy to maneuver) and inexpensive. Besides...I didn't have any carpeting! Big mistake, within...
I find this vacuum not... by donna_dt3000 ,Jan 02 '03
I find this vacuum not at all as good as I expected. It acts as though it has no power. It will not pick up even a dry piece of cereal.
I am not pleased at all with this product and am disappointed in the rating you gave it which helped me decide to purchase it.
I have a friend who has another brand and it does a wonderful job and I wish I had known about hers at the time I bought this one.
An overall decent small vacuum,... by rick_b._dt3000 ,Aug 04 '02
An overall decent small vacuum, but who in the world at Hoover designed the dirt bag system?!! You'd have to see it to believe it -- but then it's too late -- but bottom line, you have to literally get your hands into the dirt...turning the bag inside out...etc, in order to empty the bag fully. Someone at Hoover failed to do their final design review with the homeowner in mind.
