Pros: Sturdy steel body. Cons: Feed door isn't tight to the smoker. Flimsy vents. Liquid pan is tippy.
Summary: Reading the rave reviews here I must say that I think I got a reject. I actually had to double check my grill to make sure that it's a Weber and not just a look alike. Well, it is a Weber and without actually being able to verify that a few things have ... read more

Pros: Most foolproof smoker on the market. Holds temperature as steady as an oven! Cons: Limited area for meat, shallow waterpan
Summary: I purchased my WSM about 8 months ago, and I literally have only missed only about 5 weekends worth of smoking since I bought it. I have smoked so much meat, my WSM hardly has a chance to cool off before I'm lighting it up again.
The WSM is ... read more
