Pros: everything. customer service; price; timeliness; efficient; easy; cleared customs from Canada to USA Cons: there are none!
I moved internationally with Upack - Canada to Texas! I've been moved corporately by professional moving companies and packers, by Uhaul and ever other way under the sun and I must say that the UPACK service was incredible and by far the ...

Pros: price, drivers are very helpful, pre-measured trailers, Cons: untimely deliveries of trailer, the infamous bulkhead
I shopped around like most people when trying to find a rental truck to move my household items. ABF was less expensive by far. I would have had to pack, drive and haul my car, and let's not even mention the price of gas for a 24' truck. I priced Movex ...

Pros: CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, COST EFFECTIVE, SUPER COOL Cons: Hard to contact the actual truck drivers who make delivery.
I went with U-pack relo cubes because of reviews on the net. It was very cost effective. We moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to CO. The cost of a dinky U-Haul trailer was $400, and the cost of 2 ENORMOUS, CLEAN, WEATHER TIGHT relo cubes was ...

Pros: an inexpensive and efficient alternative to driving a slow fuel-inefficient rental truck Cons: bulkhead problems, you may have to pay for live-park for unload in metro-areas
I was looking for an inexpensive way to move a small amount of furnishings from Texas to Boston without driving a rental truck and dragging my car. One of the major van lines suggested U-Pack and I am glad they did. Although packing the trailer was ...

Pros: Very inexpensive. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: None really. Not even a con, just pack well.
Our move literally took 5 months to complete due to some lease transfer issues at our old location. ABF's customer service was outstanding. Also, not a single item in our ReloCube was damaged, scratched, dented... anything. Honestly, I couldn't believe ...

Pros: Quick

cheap
flexible
Cons: you have to arrange for loading unloading which could be a problem.
NOTHING ELSE
less than 1 week dead line to move. First move of your life. dont know how pound it will be or how much room it will take. Movingscam.com says dont trust any movers. I was almost decided that I am going to trash everything which do not go in my element. ...

Pros: Great service, exactly as promised. Courteous and helpful people all along the way. Cons: None
We just finished moving our son from UIUC in Urbana, Illinois to Santa Clara, CA. The whole transaction was incredibly smooth. No hitches. The cube arrived exactly as promised and we loaded it in a day. We got the smallest size which was more than ...

Pros: Cost; user-friendly drivers and customer service reps; truth in advertising Cons: Wimpy bulkhead and locks
First, I'll tell you what could be better: the bulkhead. Although I've read that ABF will be updating this system by the end of the year; the current wooden piece and accessories holding your belongings leave much to be desired. A friend of ours had the ...

Pros: Inexpensive. Charged what they said. Main office staff were able to resolve all problems. Cons: They live in a world where time isn't important. Unfriendly and intimidating drivers.
Moved from CA to NY with ABF. They showed up 9 hours late, and delivered 2 days late. The local dispatchers in CA and NY were so unbelievably difficult to deal with. Rude doesn't describe their terrible service. Each time I needed to resolve a problem, I ...

Pros: Easier than driving a moving van. Much cheaper than a full service move. Cons: Pricey ramp rental. Less than wonderful customer service when I called for more information.
If you don't want to drive a moving van cross country and a full service mover is out of the question, consider ABF U-Pack. You pack the back of a semi (bring water, they get very hot in the summer.) This sounds worse than it is. In my experience, the ...

Pros: Easy to arrange, cheaper than a full service moving company. Cons: Loading and unloading - ramps cost extra
Making a reservation was simple and the phone operators were knowledgeable and helpful. All the terminal staff in Raleigh, NC and Dallas, TX were excellent as were the drivers. You can follow your shipment on the web, but I got a phone call even before...

Pros: Inexpensive way to move if you have good packers and loaders. Cons: We have no complaints. Sorry for those that had a different experience.
We received our trailer last night (Monday, April 13th) between 4-8p as scheduled. The driver was friendly and did an excellent job of jack-knifing the trailer into a tight space (due to a parked car where he would like to have been.) We are just moving ...

Pros: price, customer service, short time of transit Cons: need better measurements of interior, wish they could deliver container to your household
My girlfriend and I moved from Boston to Phoenix and decided to go with the ABF Upack Mobile container. The container we had seemed brand new, so I assume they don't do these often. When we went to fill it up we thought it was too small, but it fit all ...

Pros: Relatively inexpensive
Very clear and thorough instructions Cons: In Philadelphia very late, rude, and dishonest
Couldn't use ropes to secure load in trailer
Being late is sometimes unavoidable, but lies are never acceptable. I chose this company based on its ratings on Epinions and its BBB record, and overall I pleased, especially in Chattanooga and with the drivers. I carefully heeded advise re packing, ...
