We've used Lile twice now for 2 different types of moves, and both times we had horrible customer service. We had to leave many messages and never were called back, we were told the wrong information or the wrong pricing, and we set up times to move and they were unable to accommodate us. The only good part of Lile are the actual movers and packers. They are very friendly and very professional with our furniture. It is unfortunate that the customer service providers aren't more like the movers.
