lousy customer service

Cons: poor customer service
we had one these for less than 2 years. we tried to get it serviced through maytag. they don't handle their own service now, but severely limit the places you can call for repair. we spent $140 for a problem that existed from the time of purchase! in addition we were made to feel like this was "par for the course"
