    Feb 19, 2002 by
    Rated a Very Helpful Review
Pros: Gives "help" when it needs something, lots of built in stitches, easy to use
Cons: heavy, costly, small embroidery space

Summary: My Beloved Spouse decided I desperately needed an embroidery machine after seeing one sew on it's own at a local sewing shop. When I found this one on sale, I was given no choice but to buy it. I didn't actually need it, but I had to get it anyway. ... read more

Pros: well built, sold, heavy duty and still ticking after 11 years.
Cons: the old digitising program I bought was a bear to understand

Summary: I got my Pfaff at the CA State Fair when my 12 yr old daughter was just 10 mos old.  I was so excited to sew some dresses for her and not use my old '55 Singer which continually was catching and causing bobbin and thread issues So frustrating! ... read more

    Jul 5, 2008 by

Pros: Easy of selecting designs, needles and foot positions. Original Software compatible with Vista Home Edition
Cons: Changing the light bulb is a little tricky.

Summary: Before buying the 7570 I tried every one of the comparable brand models. The design and engineering far exceeded my expectations. I have the 7550 and all the attachments fit the 7570 also. After seven years of steady use I have not had to return it ... read more

    May 26, 2008 by
    Rated a Very Helpful Review
Pros: High quality machine produces high quality stitches
    Cons: No automatic thread cutter

Summary: The first thing I noticed when I started sewing on this machine was how incredibly solid it is. The only word that comes to mind is that it's "confident." I feel like each stitch is deliberately produced, with or without the built in walking foot. I use ... read more

    Jan 20, 2008 by
    Rated a Helpful Review
Pros: sturdy machine, great basics and some embellishment stitches.
Cons: not sold anymore but should available used at Pfaff dealers from trade ins.

Summary: I started sewing in the 60's on my mom's swiss-made cast iron body Elna with embroidery cams. I wish I still had it, but the Pfaff 7570 is a good replacement. It is a solid machine that is awesome at quilting and home-dec since the weight is what you ... read more

    Pros: Fast embroidery, quality stitching
Cons: A bit pricey, and needs a larger sewing area

Summary: I purchased my Pfaff 7570 about 3 years ago. I did not take any lessons on its usage. I am far from a rocket Scientist, and was able to figure it out on my own. It is my first embroidery machine. Some of my friends have different machines and I still ... read more

Pros: Fast sewing speed, lots of stitches
    Cons: Software outdated

    Pros: Quality machine
Cons: Not user friendly software, Manuals very very basic. Must spend $ to purchase anything more than basic training for machine and software

Summary: I bought the machine in September because the dealer encouraged me to buy the Pfaff. The machine sews well. The embroidery unit is OK but the software is terrible. It is not user friendly and is so out dated and clunky that it compares to software I ... read more
