Pros: Easy to program and use. Less work for freshly ground & brewed coffee. Cons: Nothing I would complain about.
I only made fresh ground coffee on special occasions due to the hassle of using the separate grinder, figuring out how much to grind, and then transferring the grounds to an automatic drip coffee maker. The grinder parts then had to be washed along with...

Pros: Brews great coffee, lots of great features. Cons: Hard to clean, breaks down easily.
We received our coffee maker (DGB-300) as a wedding gift in October 2000 and used/cleaned it consistently over the last 2 and a half years. One morning at the end of April 2003, the unit just quit; no display, no functionality.
What I really...

Pros: Fast brew with adjustable water temperature
Cons: Quarterbacks can't call signals over the grinder's noise.
A year ago, we had a mall gift certificate and found this Cuisinart machine for about forty-five bucks on an after Xmas sale. We wanted the timer and the built-in grinder so we thought we'd give it a try. Our first cup of coffee was quite good and ...

Pros: Great coffee, doubles as a terrifying alarm clock. Cons: clean and DRY before next use!
You've likely read the scores of reviews about this product and notice that we all indeed (on average) love this machine. I won't blow the curve one way or another with mine.
I got it for Father's Day last year, only days after quietly resolving to...

Pros: Easy cleanup. Noticeably better tasting coffee. No more mess on the counter. Cons: I really can't think of any.
Take it from a skeptic ... I've wanted this thing for a year. But everytime I looked at it, in the store, it looked like a giant pain to clean everyday. I didn't feel up to washing all those parts.
But I kept wanting one because I was sick...

Pros: Freshest cup of coffee like you get at the coffee shop Cons: large design takes up a lot of counter space
Let's just say my old coffee pot is now somewhere collecting dust, and lots of it.
I bought this coffee pot through Gevalia. I didn't pay very much for it. What a steal considering it came with two packages of coffee.
Anyway,...

Pros: none Cons: extremely weak and bitter coffee no matter how you make it
Well, the guilty party is the Cuisinart Coffee Maker. Me and my family bought it for my mother for a Christmas present. It was easy to set up and easy to make it work, but it never brewed a descent cup of coffee.
You're supposed be able to...

Pros: Grinds coffee beans and makes a fresh pot of coffee on a timer. Cons: Such a pain to wash.
This is probably the best invention since the little coffee grinders that we all have at home. Forget about putting coffee beans into that little grinder, then shaking it up to make sure all the beans are ground, then making a mess all over the counter...

Pros: good flavor, programmable timer Cons: too big, too hard to clean, irregular grinding
We grind beans each time we make a pot of coffee. I chose the Cuisinart Brew and Grind particularly because it has a timer and can grind your morning cup of coffee for you automatically. In theory this is a great combination of features, but after using...

Pros: Features, all-in-one unit Cons: Reliability, Customer Service
I really like this coffee maker, but I would recommend that you do NOT buy it. Mine stopped working after a little over a year, it was still under warranty, but not only did I have to pay $10 to ship it back, but you also have to pay Cuisinart $10 for...

Pros: Looks good Cons: Any liquid into LCD area kills coffe maker, weak & bitter taste
Think very long before you purchase this coffee maker. We bought 3 for our office, and I will confess we bought them because of how they look and the Cuisinart name. Our office is in Seattle (coffeeland) so we had a very coffee loving group to please....

Pros: Perfect cup of coffee Cons: Noise from grinder startles
Our son gave us this coffee maker for Christmas but we never got around to setting it up--it seemed we never took the time--so our daughter-in-law decided to do it for us. Great move--it grinds and brews the coffee just as it claims!
No...

Pros: Makes nice coffee Cons: Difficult to clean, difficult to use, large, small cord
I'm a coffee fanatic and received this product as a gift from my wife. Unfortunately it's very poorly engineered. Consider the following:
* It consists of a myriad of plastic parts (5-6),
* All those parts get covered in coffee grounds...

Pros: built in grinder, timer Cons: hard to clean, useless bells & whistles
After long awaiting a coffeepot that would grind whole beans and then brew, I purchased this Cusinart coffee apparatus last year. It grinds coffee on demand prior to brewing a pot. In addition, there is an override button, so you can use already ground...

Pros: fabulous coffee Cons: more work than conventional models
If you're looking for the perfect cup of coffee in your own home, this is definitely the coffee maker for you. The beans are ground moments before brewing, the brewing process has been very well thought out, and the resulting coffee rivals that...
