Pros: High Quality, largest chute, pulp ejection, 12 year warranty, quiet, efficient, easily cleaned, won't 'lug' Cons: none
I have owned 3 juicers in my life: a cheap one; an Omega, and now a L'equip, and, L'equip is the best one and the best value. The L'equip 221 and Omega 4000 juice the same way, and are priced about the same, and they are roughly equivalent in all other...
Pros: Permits great speed of juicing Cons: Yields juice aerated and pulpy. Poor for citrus and pineapple
I've owned the Acme Supreme Juicerator for about 13 years. Haven't used it consistently during all that time, but in streaks would give it a "work-out". I think it's a great juicer and it hasn't given me any problems. I've gotten back into juicing ...
Pros: Takes nice size pieces of fruits and veggies. Clean-up is a piece of cake. Cons: We cannot find anything negative to say about this machine.
We love this juicer! It takes nice size pieces of vegetables and fruit. The pulp is easy to dispose of, as it shoots out the back, into a plastic grocery bag, and then is tossed into the trash. The machine comes apart, easily, and washing is quick and...
Pros: Great customer service, solid and durable machine, ejects all the pulp Cons: Not the fastest to clean, doesn't extract all the juice from the pulp
In my healthy eating phase, I bought this juicer, after reading many reviews of all the juicers in my price range. Overall it is a good unit – although there are things I wish it did better. First off, this is not a professional quality juicer, nor ...
Pros: Quick, easy, fun. Cons: Cost, cleanup takes a while.
This juicer came highly recommended by our local health food store. The cost was relatively high, but the product seemed to be well-constructed and durable.
We were making juice 5 minutes after taking it out of the box. Our first batch was...
Warning!! Beware this product!!! by pritchettdad ,Sep 10 '04
Pros: Looks good. That's all. Cons: Vibrates horribly. Company will not honor the worthless warranty.
I bought one of these in march, the thing wobbled off the table! The outlet store replaced it, and the new one vibrated off the table! I contacted the company, they force you to pay to ship it back, and make you send a $10.00 "service fee". I just got it back yesterday, it vibrated off the table, twice! This is not a good product! BEWARE! I have owned an Acme Supreme Juicerator for years. This is a wonderful machine, and unbelievably durable! Buy the Acme, I just bought another one.
Pros: removes pulp with strong motor, looks, ease of cleaning Cons: customer service, warranty, and companies ability to stand behind there product
I bought the L'Equip juicer because they are known for the quality. I was willing to spend more because they supposedly had this great Warranty. After just 3 uses, the housing cracked on my machine. I called the company and told them of the situation. They told me to ship it to them. I came to find that the warranty does not cover cracked parts. I now have a $200 juicer that can not be used with a worthless warranty.
Look to other names willing to stand behind there products.
Don't make the mistake of buying this juice by asmartshopper ,Oct 15 '04
Pros: looks nice Cons: noisy, leaks, vibrates and doesn't juice well without a lot of effort
This was my 3rd juicer and by far the worst. It's loud and vibrates so badly that is shakes itself across the counter. It leaks almost every time I use it with juice dribbling down the sides and to the counter. Also, it doesn't work well at all. You have to press the fruit and vegetables down so hard that you have to use both arms and your body weight just to get the machine to grind up them up. I get sweaty just from the effort of this every time I use it. Don't make the mistake I made by buying this one, a Juiceman 410 is way better and costs a lot less.
Used it 3 times and it started making this incredibly loud sound and rattled bad when juicing. My earler review said the chute was too small but nice design....that was before I tried to juice with it 2 more times. The clips that hold it together are very cheap and the overall design is poor.
I have used the Samson... by robin_dt3001 ,Dec 20 '02
I have used the Samson Ultra, the Champion and the Green Star and by far this is the easiest to use and clean and is very fast and very quiet. I would not go back to the more expensive juicers - this is my juicer of choice!
Pros: HEAVY DUTY AND POWERFUL. THE STAINLESS STEEL "LOOK" TO IT ADDS A GREAT TOUCH. Cons: NOISY. ONE SPEED MAKES IT A PITY TO GET SO LITTLE JUICE FROM SOFT FRUITS&VEG
WHEN I FIRST WENT TO THE WEBSITE FOR THIS JUICER TO DO MY RESEARCH, THE WORDS "THE BEST *BEEP*ING JUICER ON THE PLANET" REALLY CAUGHT MY EYE. I THOUGHT..."OK, A COMPANY THAT IS ACTUALLY BOLD ENOUGH TO USE THAT AS A SALES PITCH AND NOT BEAT AROUND THE BUSH." AFTER READING ABOUT IT AND CALLING L'EQUIP SALES, I WAS CONVINCED TO BUY IT. I WAS MESMERIZED BY ITS SLEEK STAINLESS STEEL & GRAY DESIGN. WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED, HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY HOW PLASTIC THE GRAY PARTS WERE. I TRIED TO DISMISS MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND USED ITS HEAVY WEIGHT AS "HEAVY DUTY". I TURNED IT ON AND THE LOUD NOISE AND COUNTER SHAKING VIBRATIONS CAUSED MY DISAPPOINTMENTS TO RESURFACE. WITH ONLY HAVING 1 SETTING, IT QUICKLY WENT THROUGH ANYTHING I THREW THROUGH THE FEEDER, SO WHEN YOU WANT TO JUICE SOFTER FRUITS OR VEGETABLES, YOU DON'T GET THAT MUCH JUICE. I KEPT IT FOR MAYBE A FEW MONTHS AND GAVE IT AWAY. ALL AND ALL, ITS AN AVERAGE MACHINE.
