Pros: Sleek, Packed with features, excellent sound quality and very easy to use Cons: Battery life lower than projected and no video playblack, like the H320
Summary: Nowadays, everybody and there mother has an iPod. I cant even switch on the TV without hearing some Bono song, and the almost seizure inducing bright colors, almost unique to the iPod television commercials. But as iRivers homepage (www.iriver.com) ... read more

Pros: Lightweight and has some great features. Cons: A little bit big and the screen size is a little bit small.
Summary: Honestly, I have never wanted an Ipod. I have my reasons and won't go into them now, seeing as they are off the subject. I have, however, always wanted an mp3 player. I simply love gadgets and technology. So, knowing that obscure companies rarely have ... read more

Pros: Decent sound, good battery life, nice interface, intuitive controls, durable Cons: Non-removable battery, only supports mp3 and wma, slow navigation, somewhat bulky, supports only one OS
Summary: The H10 is not my primary mp3 player anymore, but I still consider it to be a good mp3 player. Aesthetics It is a bit bulky, but it is really not that bad. I thought it was a lot bigger than it was by looking at the pictures, so when I finally ... read more

Pros: Durable case, crisp display, good battery life, good sound quality Cons: Crashes, software, not gapless, charging requires special cable
Summary: I have had my H10 (20GB) for about 6 months. This is my second HD-based MP3. I give the player a mixed rating. The case and controls work well and appear quite durable. The slide panel does get mixed up sometimes and commands up instead of down or ... read more

Pros: Great sound, color screen, features, price, compatability, portable Cons: Freezes WAY too much, WMP, navigation could be better, charging cable
Summary: UPDATE 7/26/06 -- I dropped the rating to three as of more reseting and formatting. *Note that this is a part two of an older review--I'm re-writing it to include more information and to explain different problems and different features I've found ... read more

Pros: Works with Music Match, Windows Browseable Content. Cons: Proprietary cabel. Lock-ups. Prepare for reloads. Read then Re-read the Manual.
Summary: I have played with Iiods and wasn't impressed. This is my fourth MP3 player. The idea of losing songs by connecting to a PC that didn't load my ipod was not for me. For the money this was a good deal, I got mine on ebay w/ a 3 yr full warranty. I ... read more

Pros: Storage space, compatibility with Rhapsody, Napster Cons: Sync'ing, freezing, having to reinstall software (losing files), repeating of files in nonrepeat shuffle mode.
Summary: Bought this player at a reasonable price and with the rhapsody year subscription to get a $100 rebate. Not a bad deal. However, at first there were just minor glitches such as songs playing not matching up to the displayed file name and selecting a song ... read more

Pros: Sleek form, okay interface, appears to be rugged, fair price for features. Cons: Heavy, some features hard to find, failed after 19 days.
Summary: I purchased this device with gift cards, so I wasn't worried too much about price. I wanted something that would hold a bunch of CDs worth of music and was easy to use. Well, the H10 is definitely that device. Its compact, relatively attractive (not ... read more

Pros: Great sound, good functionality, good battery life Cons: Proprietary, hangs, no video
Summary: I got this as a Christmas gift and love it. The included Sennheiser earbuds aren't great when it comes to bass, but they are fair. I prefer my Philips HN060 noice cancelling headphones to those included, and boy, does the sound take off. When I connected ... read more

Pros: Easy install, great on screen display, easy navigation Cons: upgrading firmware
Summary: I purchased the iRiver 20GB MP3 player on the recommendation of a co-worker who had just received on for Christmas. It has been 2 weeks since I got it and it has been great so far. I am nowhere near the song capacity and have had only 2 minor issues with ... read more

Pros: Price. 20 gs, color. Compatibility. Design. Colors. PlaysForSure Cons: Somewhat bulky, and a little slow.
Summary: This is my 2nd iRiver MP3 player. I first bought one of the 700 series because of the great battery life. (That is a great ultra-portable player, perfect for exercising, but very limited space). I was very happy with that player, so it was a natural ... read more

Pros: Compact, durable, easy-to-use appliance with loads of storage capacity. Cons: Supplied earbuds are fairly useless, song management is dependent on WMP.
Summary: Recently, the Rhapsody music downloading service ran an offer for a $100 rebate on the iRiver H10 (20GB) player, if you subscribed to Rhapsody's "To Go" subscription for a year. I took the bait. And I'm quite pleased with my decision. The iRiver is ... read more

Pros: Screen looks pretty. Cons: Won't play songs in order, can't download playlists, interface is clumsy and poorly designed.
Summary: I got this player to work with Yahoo Music and other similar subscription music services. The player seems pretty well built and looks and feels like a quality unit, however the software pretty much sucks. It is not very intuitive clumsy to use. For ... read more
